The warranty period for BOOX eReaders is 1 year from your date of purchase in Malaysia, Brunei or Indonesia, as stipulated in BOOX’s warranty policy.
- The warranty period for accessories (batteries, power units, cables, etc.), for peripherals and other accessories is 6 months.
- The warranty period starts from the date of handover of goods to the consumer. If the day of goods handover cannot be determined, the warranty terms start from the date of production of these goods.
- The warranty repair of products is performed for free within all the warranty period in authorized service centers. This include all shipping fees from Malaysia, Brunei or Indonesia to Hong Kong and from Hong Kong back to Malaysia, Brunei or Indonesia.
- Above warranty or maintenance are limited to the fault of electrical components, including the hardware mainboard and display, not including housing, brochures, package, headphones and other consumables and accessories.

- Please send your unit along with the original box to BOOX Malaysia Shop @ Shah Alam. C/0 Khind, No.2, Jalan Astaka U8/82, Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Upon successfully making warranty claim from Onyx BOOX manufacturer in China, replacement unit will be shipped back to your door step in Malaysia within 10 working days for free. This time does not include waiting for your faulty BOOX Android eReader to be shipped back to BOOX Malaysia and then to Onyx BOOX manufacturer in China. You will enjoy one (1) Year BOOX Standard Warranty for your replacement unit.
Goods purchased are not refundable/not returnable/not cancellable.
